Drugi studyjny album rockmanów z Thunder, "Laughing On Judgement Day", ukazał się w 1992 roku i tak, jak jego poprzednik "Backstreet Symphony" spotkał się z powszechnym uznaniem krytyków oraz komercyjnym sukcesem. Płyta dotarła na 2. miejsce listy sprzedaży na Wyspach i ostatecznie zdobyła złoty status. Z wydawnictwa pochodziły cztery single z top 10 listy przebojów: "Low Life In High Places", "Everybody Wants Her", "A Better Man" i "Like A Satellite".
Poszerzona edycja zawiera niepublikowane wcześniej, koncertowe nagrania piosenek z "Laughing On Judgement Day". Winylowa wersja dzieła była niedostępna od czasu premiery. Wznowienie w limitowanym nakładzie przygotowano na kolorowym, białym i niebieskim winylu.
