Od tego czasu Slash sprzedał 100 milionów płyt, zdobył statuetkę Grammy i został wprowadzony do Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Teraz przyszła pora na album numer 4 i tak też zatytułowany. Materiał powstał w składzie Slash (gitara), Myles Kennedy (wokal), Todd Kerns (bas), Brent Fitz (perkusja) i Frank Sidoris (gitara rytmiczna), a za produkcję odpowiadał Dave Cobb. W odróżnieniu od poprzednich płyt, nowa nie powstawała w Los Angeles, lecz w Nashville. - To pięciu gości grających razem w jednym pomieszczeniu - podsumowuje dzieło Slash.
